What if the item needs more work than expected once you have it?
Stripping the old plating is the point where the true condition becomes visible, and occasionally there is more underneath than photographs showed. If that happens we come back to you and explain what we have found before carrying on. You will not receive an unexpected bill or an unexpected result at the end of the job.
